HOW TO JOIN OUR LAWSUIT AGAINST THE CHEATING PATRIOTS.

Thank you Jets fans and citizens from all over the country who have called to support or join our lawsuit.

To join, simply email us at carlmayer@carlmayer.com with your name, address, email and phone number and whether you are a season ticketholder OR a ticketholder to a game in Giants stadium between the Jets and Patriots.

We will file an amended complaint and will add plaintiffs.

Please be patient as we have been swamped with calls, emails and letters. We will get back to you.

To the Patriots fans, we say: keep the phone calls and email coming. We are offering free spelling and grammar lessons to Patriots fans as they plainly could use some work in that area. None of the language used can be printed here, but we have learned some new words, none suitable for children.

Our favorite comments are the ones by Patriots fans claiming their team didn't cheat, even though the NFL Commissioner found, in writing, that the Patriots broke the rules. Keep the fiction coming, Patriots fans.

You should sue the Bills for beating the crap out of the Jets today....Thoughts?

Let me ask you this question....could you sue the NFL to get the Jets into the Superbowl????

J..E...T....S.....Jets..Jets...Jets!!!!!!

I know you realize that violating a rule is not necessarily the same as "cheating", but I'm sure you're not interested in accuracy, or legitimacy, in this case, hence this frivolous lawsuit, unfortunately just one of the many in this country.

Yeah, because you must be a Patriots fan if you think a frivolous lawsuit with no basis in reality, let alone in the law, is an embarrassment to the legal profession, the legal system, and anyone who holds professional integrity as a value. You're sickening.

Hey Mayer and Afran..good luck on the lawsuit. By the way, the Packers caught the same cameraman last year taping the signals and forced him to leave the field twice (he kept taping from the tunnel during halftime).
Is this an SEC violation since the Packers are a publicly traded company? Suppose someone sold their stocks (or purchased) subsequent to that game based on performance (only reason you do buy stock). Would not the outcome of the game be deemed a stock manipulation if the Pat's had an unfair advantage prohibited by the NFL? I am sure there are plenty of witnesses on the Green Bay staff who can identify the Pat's cameraman and the events that occurred.
thx, an interested student of Law

Hey there "LMFAOAU" and all of other idiots that try to rationalize the whole cheating thing. They've been filming opponents since 2000, against the rules!!! Belicheat knew it was against the rules, continued to do it=CHEATING! Get over it, any team can win 3 SB in 4 years if they know what plays the other team's going to run. Belichick ain't that good of a coach. Look at his record with the BROWNS (36-44) not very stellar. More proof of CHEATING, his offensive coordinator, Charlie Wies, he was there for 3 SB's, he can't do squat at Notre Dame now that he can't look at films of the other teams signals. He was a fraud too! And don't just think that Belicheat is the only one in on this, BRADY KNOWS EVERYTHING!!! How do you think he knows where to throw the ball and what plays the defense is going to run at him, by luck (if he's that lucky, I want to stand beside him the next time a comet hits), skill (he ain't that f---ing good)? Look at what happened to him at the SB, when they he didn't have the Giants playbook, he got put on his ASS, and cried like a little baby. By the way I'm a Steeler fan, not a Jets fan, but it's time that Goodell steps up to the plate and BANS Belicheat from the NFL, and takes away the Pats SB's trophies. And for all of you Pats fans that think that Government shouldn't be involved, I'll giv you 3 reasons:
1. Teams play in publicly susidized stadiums (our tax dollars fund these projects)
2. Games are aired over FCC licensed airwaves.
3. Antitrust exemption, granted by Congress (one party will not steal anothers trade secrets in order to gain a competitive advantage) Defnsive signals = trade secrets!

Seriously, you are the reason our country is in ruins... you will try anything for a dollar. You would sue your mother to make a buck.
Face it, you will need all your strength to defend all of the criminals that Fat Boy Rex is bringing on to the JETS. All a bunch of criminals.

Football is entertainment, owing ticket buyers a show, but by no means can they guarantee a fair one. The chances of any professional sport being perfectly fair is as low as the chance that Americans will restrain in filing any more frivolous law suits. Rachel Arbeit - National Lampoon

I would suggest getting some brilliant grad students interested in the malfeasance (cronyism and corruption) of New Jersey. A grad student would have a mitzvah conducting a case study by doing a comparative analysis between Arafat's PA and other similar types of regimes. Arafat and his cronies would blush with envy. Whatever Qadafi and his sons have done is nothing compared to the cronyism and corruption of New Jersey. A grad student at the top school of public health in the Greater Washington, DC region would also have a mitzvah utilizing the state of NJ as a prototypical paradigm of corruption. The Mafia bosses of yesteryear must be blushing in their geriatric homes or turning over in their graves with envy.
